Sabrina

Title: Sabrina

The Story Behind The Art: This piece is a step towards a more free and abstracted style for me. It was painted rather quickly and inspired by the movie Sabrina (which was playing in the background...). The character is the daughter of a chauffeur and as a teenager she would climb up in a tree and gaze longingly on the festivities of the wealthy owners of the estate she lived on. The Eye of the Sky

Title: In The Eye Of The Sky

The Story Behind The Art: This piece is inspired by spiritual magic, the occult and a universal vision - hence the solo eye. It is painted on a recycled Ouija board which I have let various parts peek through... As a kid I loved playing on a Ouija board during slumber parties and they still hold a dear place in my heart.
